Ward was born on the 15th of April 1976 in MonroeLouisiana. Monroe Christian School served as her Christian elementary education. As for her secondary educationWard attended Ouachita Parish High School. She later relocated in River Oaks High School on the following summer, after her junior year; thereshe was part of the dance and drill team. After graduatingshe briefly went to Northeast Louisiana University. At the age of thirteen, old, Ward began modeling, leaving the school and relocating from Louisiana to New York in order to accomplish this. She attempted acting later in the year. Her first role was an uncredited part in 1970's soap drama All My Children, and later was cast in a teen drama on NBC Prime Time Malibu Shores. Her role was Meg Cummings, a virgin at Sunset Beach in 1996. In 1999, her career in film began by playing Brittany Foster (the psychotic Brittany Foster) in the thriller erotica The In Crowd. While the film failed to make money in theatres, it was successful both on DVD and cable TV. Ward was a cameo on Shallow Hal - a smash success the next year. She also appeared as a guest in many TV shows and direct-to dvd movies. She was the principal part of the cast of ABC Family's drama series Make It or Break It in the beginning of its two seasons in 2009. In 2009, she landed the role of Chloe Kmet as the mother of a gymna who is a teenager. She was married to David C. Robinson, who was a producer. The couple had a son named Cameron.

She has achieved tremendous popularity on social media with the removal of pimples and blackheads in her videos.
